Tennessee-based health companies launch collaborative solution for better employee health plan management

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NavigatorMD, a Knoxville-based claims and health data analytics company, and eDoc4u, a Nashville-based care management and personal health management software as a service (SaaS) company, announced today a strategic partnership and combined offering that enables employers to more accurately predict future health risks, better engage employees in managing their health, and better evaluate plan designs or benefits offerings -- all based on claims history now combined with real-time health data.

Designed to improve overall employee health and wellness, the solution seamlessly integrates individual claims data from NavigatorMD’s Design180 with eDoc4u’s online customized health management tools. This online integration uses actual claims experience, enhanced with self-reported information from the eDoc4u’s Health Risk Assessment (HRA), to better assess risk and recommend individual wellness strategies.
