ADDISON, Texas--()--On Easter Sunday, March 31, Fogo de Chão® will offer a dining alternative that will give the family a spring break from the boring baked ham with traditional fare and allow them to experience a festive Easter lunch or dinner – Brazilian style. Fogo restaurants nationwide will be serving Sunday guests an abundant variety of deliciously prepared Brazilian meats and side dishes that will please adults and children alike.
The Easter lunch and dinner menus will feature the restaurant’s 16 signature cuts of meat served tableside from roasting skewers. Southern Brazilian side dishes, such as warm cheese bread and garlic-mashed potatoes, are served family style along with a 30+item gourmet salad bar. Authentic Brazilian-trained churrasqueiros or gaucho chefs will present and slice perfectly grilled beef, lamb, pork and chicken tableside specially cut to each guest’s preference. Families are invited to take advantage of special children’s pricing for this festive occasion.
