The ikan Affiliate Program is designed to boost the company’s overall sales efforts by leveraging the activities of end users who will earn commissions by promoting ikan products on their websites.

The ikan Affiliate Program officially launches on April 1, 2013 and will target the following communities: independent filmmakers, professional photographers, broadcast news crews, event & wedding shooters, church ministries, film schools, colleges and universities.

This new program is designed to empower ikan users to become active product evangelists. ikan affiliates can generate additional income through their blogs or websites by introducing site visitors to one of the industry’s most innovative providers of film and DSLR production gear.

As an incentive to jump-start the program, all affiliate publishers who sign up and are accepted into the program between April 1^st and April 30^th will be rewarded with a 10% introductory commission rate. Affiliates who achieve a certain sales volume during this introductory period will keep the 10% rate as long as that volume is maintained. Program incentives throughout the year will include special discounts, seasonal contests, promotional giveaways, sweepstakes, prizes and other valuable offers.
