SAN RAFAEL, Calif.--()--Marina Village Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Woodridge Capital Partners, LLC (“Woodridge”), has acquired the Loch Lomond Marina Village, with financing provided by funds managed by Colony Capital, LLC.

Idyllically located at the Bay’s edge in the City of San Rafael, Loch Lomond Marina Village is a fully entitled development site, which when completed, will include 81 homes, approximately 26,000 square feet of commercial space and a marina with over 500 boat slips. The project reinforces the positive values Marin County is well known for, including outdoor recreational activities, high quality architecture and environmentally conscious design. Woodridge acquired the property from an affiliate of Oaktree Capital Management, LP (“Oaktree”).
