PetroMed Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

TORONTO--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--PetroMed, PLC (FWB:N1Z) (www.PetroMed.ca), an independent oil and gas exploration company, announced today that the Companys common stock has been accepted for listing and has begun public trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) and with the DAX Share Index, its benchmark index of securities. PetroMeds trading symbol is N1Z and the German securities code (WKN) is AOK FRC, which is the equivalent of a CUSIP in North America. PetroMeds short term goal is to make Israel an independent producer of oil and natural gas curing the countrys energy deficit, and longer term to help Israel to become a net energy exporter.

PetroMeds share capital comprises approximately 45 million common shares issued, on a fully diluted basis, and there are 100 million authorized.
