Gemini Partners Announces Completion of AuraSound Financing

LOS ANGELES--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--GP Group, LLC, an affiliate of Gemini Partners, Inc. (collectively, “Gemini”), announces the successful completion of a $12.7 million equity financing for AuraSound, Inc. (“AuraSound” or the “Company”). In conjunction with the financing, AuraSound has completed a reverse merger transaction with Hemcure, Inc. (OTCBB:HMCU), which trades on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. It is intended that the name Hemcure, Inc. will be changed to AuraSound, Inc. and that a new symbol will be obtained. Gemini served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent on the financing.

AuraSound develops, manufactures and markets premium audio technology, specializing in the production of high sound-pressure-level, bass-rich, low distortion sound from ultra-compact speakers.
