Industry Leaders Cooperative Efforts Allow Deeper Inventory Management and Physical Audit Capabilities
SANDY HOOK, Conn.--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--TnT Expense Management, an industry recognized, premier provider of telecom expense management (TEM) services, today announced a partnership with Tele-Review to extend physical audit services to its clients. Tele-Review has been in the telecommunication industry since 1972, supplying companies with audits and wireline inventory, with more than 95 percent of its customers receiving refunds and monthly deductions. Working with Tele-Review allows TnT to deepen its level of TEM service and round out its current offerings, including TnT’s robust Telebase software, patent pending TEMView reporting tools and personalized approach to inventory management.

TnT enterprise and mid-market clients will have the opportunity to utilize Tele-Review’s physical auditing process on a case-by-case basis. Tele-Review will then perform onsite testing to verify all lines are working and transmitting data and report back faulty lines with recommendations to TnT. It will also provide an extensive detailed physical inventory which cannot be gathered through billing information, thus adding another layer of service TnT can supply to its clients. There will be an additional fee to utilize this service though clients will only be billed if costs are reduced.
