Winery of the Year 2007 DFV Wines
NAPA, Calif.--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced today the 10 winners for the 8th Annual Wine Star Awards and named DFV Wines as the American Winery of the Year for 2007. This award honors outstanding achievements for the year and will be received by all the winners at the Wine Star Awards ceremony in New York, January 28th, 2008. “This award is very special for our family and DFV Wines considering the nominated wineries this year and the past 7 years’ recipients,” said Chris Indelicato CEO. DFV Wines produces Gnarly Head, 337, Irony Napa Valley, Delicato, Clay Station, Twisted, Joe Blow, Bota Box, King Fish, Loredona, and French import Chateau Maris. The Indelicato family has been producing handcrafted wines for select export markets and American retailers for three generations.
DFV Wines (Delicato) previously achieved the award USA Wine Producer of the Year from the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2001, 2002 & 2006. The IWSC is the largest and most prestigious wine competition in the world.
