NEW YORK--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--hakia.com, the new meaning-based search engine, today released user survey results on the performance of hakia.com. Top line results show that, even in its BETA state, seventeen percent of users say hakia.com is better overall than their favorite search engine; twenty-three percent will use hakia.com exclusively or most of the time; and 58 percent will recommend hakia.com to friends. The results are based on 1,579 anonymous and voluntary survey submissions collected as of November 5, 2007. The survey can be accessed on the hakia.com site at survey.hakia.com.
