TransCard Announces Partnership With Discover® Networks

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--Transcard, a leading provider of prepaid card solutions has announced an agreement with Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS), to issue prepaid debit solutions. The Chattanooga-based provider will offer a variety of Discover Network-branded prepaid card programs, including payroll cards, general spend cards, fuel cards and student cards, on the Discover Network. Together, Transcard and the Discover Network will provide businesses the opportunity to design a payroll card program to meet their needs while allowing cardholders a safe, secure and convenient way to receive pay.
