Anyone dabbling in affiliate marketing knows that fraud is the number one concern of successful online advertisers and affiliate networks. From cookie stuffing and bogus leads to fraudulent credit card numbers, affiliates have become notorious for gaming the system to falsely inflate their conversions.

Fraud Score™ by HasOffers gives affiliate programs full control of their own customizable fraud detection suite. With default settings already designed to monitor most fraudulent activity, Fraud Score™ also allows networks to uniquely define the weight of each fraud criteria, the thresholds for alerts, and the thresholds for disapproving or blocking affiliates. Available for HasOffers Pro and Enterprise platforms, Affiliate Profile Fraud monitors the affiliate signup process, preventing fraudulent account signups. This includes criteria such as the IP address not matching the state/region, the phone number not matching the country, the email address domain not being valid, and many more.

Affiliate Activity Fraud protects advertisers and networks from deceptive affiliates who are already approved and running offers. Fraud Score Plus™, available for HasOffers Enterprise customers, considers EPC and daily conversion thresholds, account information changes, and duplicate IP addresses, sending alerts and blocking affiliates in order to contain fraudulent situations quickly. Not only can users with administrator access set up their own network-wide alerting and blocking thresholds, but they can also assign custom thresholds for individual affiliates, keeping the fraud detection from getting in the way of trusted partners.
