NEW YORK & SAN FRANSICO--(EON:Enhanced Online News)--Azoogle.com, Inc. (www.AzoogleAds.com), the New York-based online marketing solutions provider, announced today the successful integration between AzoogleAds and San-Francisco based, Bazaar Advertising, a marketing services and search engine management company that specializes in the discovery, purchase and optimization of online search campaigns. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The incorporation of Bazaar Advertising’s technology will augment AzoogleAds’ performance-based affiliate marketing business that it helped pioneer in 2000. With the addition of Bazaar Advertising’s proprietary search traffic acquisition platform, AzoogleAds can now provide advertisers with increased volumes of highly-qualified leads via SEM as well as other expanded services.
