Brulant, Inc. Builds eCommerce Solution for Newly Launched

CLEVELAND (Business Wire EON) May 28, 2008 --
Brulant, one of the nation’s leading interactive
marketing firms, today announced its participation in the successful
launch of Borders.com. Brulant handled the commerce web and application
development on IBM’s Websphere Commerce
platform.
Brulant’s work with Borders began several
months ago, and the company is Borders’ online
technology partner for Borders.com, including all web and application
development work enabled through IBM's WebSphere
Commerce platform. For the recent launch, Brulant developed
functionality in areas including enabling the shopping cart, promotions,
account maintenance, access to the Borders Rewards Loyalty Program, SKU
management, as well as support of merchandising and marketing efforts.

customer needs online and create deeper and more meaningful
relationships with its customers over time via the Websphere Commerce

The Brulant team includes both individuals stationed out of Borders’
headquarters as well as additional team members located in Brulant's Commerce
Solution Center (CSC) in Cleveland, OH. The Commerce Solution Center
is run by a Brulant practice team focused on developing unique WebSphere
Commerce Solutions and is split amongst technical capabilities with
focused areas of expertise. Brulant has the largest group of WebSphere
Commerce professionals in the country, other than IBM itself.
