News Image Jeff will greatly expand Caesar Systems ability to provide global E & P leaders with integrative business planning on major hydrocarbon opportunities as these companies continue to ramp up their E & P investment spending around the world, commented Victor Koosh, chief executive officer of Caesar Systems. What makes Jeff an especially good match for Caesar Systems and our clients is his proven experience in orchestrating major change such as involvement in the Exxon-Mobil merger and the introduction of LNG (liquefied natural gas) to India. We also admire Jeffs proven leadership experience that he gained in developing and proposing corporate portfolio optimization plans for Mobil. I am confident that Jeffs commitment to results and his overall business acumen will complement our existing capabilities and our team extremely well.
