Second Acquisition in 2008 Continues LivHOME's Nationwide Expansion, Further Strengthens Twin Cities Footprint

LOS ANGELES (Business Wire EON) June 17, 2008 -- LivHOME, Inc., the nation's largest provider of professionally led at-home care for seniors, today announced the acquisition of Continual Feast Companion Care in Minneapolis, MN.

The purchase of Continual Feast Companion Care represents LivHOME's second acquisition this year and our sixth since the beginning of 2007. It is another important step in our nationwide expansion and serves to further solidify LivHOME's home care footprint in Minnesota
Continual Feast Companion Care, with two offices in the Twin Cities area, has provided caregiving and companion care services to seniors since 2002. The Companys philosophy is to provide seniors and families with an environment of dignity, respect and peace of mind. In 2006, Continual Feast received an OCS Vision Award for its exceptional efforts in improving quality of care and organizational performance.
