The BBC is committed to world-class service at best-in-class cost, and we are very proud to have been selected as their partner for this mission. iQor has been investing in ground-breaking innovations in call center technology, and we are excited to deploy them with the BBC over the next few years
The BBC is committed to world-class service at best-in-class cost, and we are very proud to have been selected as their partner for this mission. iQor has been investing in ground-breaking innovations in call center technology, and we are excited to deploy them with the BBC over the next few years, said Vikas Kapoor, President and CEO of iQor.

The victory comes after an extremely competitive Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement process designed to meet the BBCs demanding operational and commercial requirements for the start of the new contract in April 2008.

Pipa Doubtfire, Head of Revenue Management, BBC said: We are pleased to be continuing our partnership with iQor, which is committed to the high standards of customer service that we demand. The new contract offers excellent value for money for license fee payers.

John Ricketts, U.K. Group Managing Director at iQor adds: We are looking forward to strengthening our partnership with the BBC. The competition for this contract was extremely fierce which makes our success that much more satisfying. We look forward to delivering our innovative operational solutions throughout the term of the new contract.
