Partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation

P. Wolfert has joined the firm’s New
York office as a partner in its Commercial
Litigation Practice Group. Wolfert had been a partner at Kaplan
Thomashauer & Landau LLP.
Wolfert has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial
litigation. He has particular strength in cases concerning complex
insurance, securities
and bankruptcy
litigation.

Wolfert graduated

Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the
District of Colorado, the United States Courts of Appeals for the
Second, Third and Seventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
