The Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has replied promptly to YANGAROO’s April 2008 filing and issued a non-final office action. This action is another step in the application review process towards the allowance of a patent application. The non-final office action will be reviewed by YANGAROO’s patent counsel and they will respond in due course, as they successfully have in all such previous office actions.
