Gaining the expertise of ITK for our repair center will increase the service quality and really cut response time for our Russian customers, said Robert Feierbach, managing director for enterprise VSAT sales at ViaSat. With the vast size of the CIS, ITK will reduce the time for customers to get replacement terminals, spares, parts, or repairs by eliminating the need for lengthy import or export procedures in each case.
