Orth Brings Biochemistry/Biotech Experience in Crop Protection to Critical Path Services

WILMINGTON, Del. (Business Wire EON) May 6, 2008 -- Critical Path Services, LLC (CPS), continues to attract top talent with the addition of Dr. Ann Orth as Business Development Manager. Orth brings 24 years of experience and education in the regulated scientific industry to this growing contract research organization and plenty of enthusiasm for the company.

The CPS focus in delighting the customer with personal, flexible service dovetails with my view of a superior organization. This position fits well with my years of experience in the crop-protection business, both as a scientist and a manager.
Im thrilled to join such a high-quality group, Orth says. The CPS focus in delighting the customer with personal, flexible service dovetails with my view of a superior organization. This position fits well with my years of experience in the crop-protection business, both as a scientist and a manager.

News Image Dr. Julie Eble, CEO, announced Orths hire. Ann brings further scientific depth to our organization with her strong biochemical foundation and her proven management track record. We are very excited to have her on board.

Orth managed over 150 scientists at FMC Corporation in Princeton, NJ, as Director of R&D. Prior to that, she was head of Biochemistry for BASFs U.S. agricultural group, and staff biochemist at Dow AgroSciences. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland under the well-known agricultural scientist Dr. Hugh Sisler and completed a 4-year NIEHS postdoctoral fellowship at the Pennsylvania State University in The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
